COVID-19 Safety Is Our Priority

At Northern One Hour Heating & Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, we believe the health and safety of our customers & employees is of the upmost importance.

With that said, we will continue to provide our customers the same world class service they have come to expect. We have been monitoring COVID-19 carefully and are closely monitoring what government and health experts recommend, including CDC. We encourage you to refer to the website of the CDC for updates.  We have executed new procedures for everyone’s safety as we get through the uncertainty together. Below is our new policies and procedures.

  1. No touch policy
  2. We are asking all of our employees if they are feeling sick to stay home.
  3. If any of our employees test positive for the virus or knowingly come in contact with anyone affected with the virus, they will be asked to test for the virus and follow all CDC recommendations to prohibit the spread of the disease.
  4. All of our field staff have been equipped with disposable gloves and masks.
  5. Inside the office we have stepped up measures to sanitize high traffic areas and workstations

We are committed to keeping our work areas clean for your safety, and we will continue to follow this as an active caring member of our society. Health and safety are all of our responsibilities, and we encourage you, our customer, to practice safety measures at home and when you’re out.

Wash your hands with soap and water frequently, cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or your elbow if you have to sneeze or cough, and please stay home if you are sick.

Take measures to avoid unnecessary contact with large crowds and confined gatherings of people to help slow the spread of COVID-19. If you feel that you need to cancel your service appointment due to illness, please let us know and rest assured that we will welcome you back when you are ready.
