The Importance of Scheduled Maintenance and Service

Jan 12 ,2015

AC Maintenance SchedulesAs with all things mechanical, there can only be a certain amount of running hours (or mileage) before you should give thought to having some maintenance work carried out.
When it comes to your car, the maintenance schedules are set for us by the manufacturer and many people adhere to that schedule regardless.

Efficiency

Keeping your HVAC system regularly maintained means that it should always be working at peak efficiency; reducing energy bills and cooling or heating your home with maximum effect – running for less time is only ever going to lower those bills!

Preventative

Spotting problems early is a great way of saving money in the long term – a minor problem can usually be fixed relatively cheaply, certainly before it becomes a full blown breakdown of your HVAC system, leaving you further out of pocket and with no HVAC system!

Relationship

Building a relationship with your regular technician is another bonus – not only will they get to know your system (making diagnosis easier) but they’ll also get to know you! This means that when it comes to any major problem or breakdown, they will be able to better advise you, tailoring their advice to suit your needs, not just a random customer.
Getting to know your technician is also a great way to show your appreciation – and hey – we do like that! Many of our customers have been looked after by us for decades, always returning because we put our customers first, not our profits.

If you’d like to talk to one of experienced and skilled technicians, schedule some maintenance or have any other enquiry relating to your HVAC system, call the experts at One Hour and Air Conditioning, we are here to help!

You can contact us online or call us at 763-412-1197.
