Northern One Hour Heating & Cooling in Ramsey is looking for a Licensed Master Plumber to help us grow our company. If you are top performer and want to be part of an exciting ground floor opportunity, Northern One Hour has a great opportunity for you. As our Master Service Plumber, you will be a key person to help recruit and train other apprentice and journeyman plumbers (50%) while running your own service calls to help take care of our customers and helping us plan and achieve our goals (50%).
This is a new leadership growth position within the company that pays hourly, spiffs and bonus to exceed $100,000-110,000+ in the first year, with higher potential beyond that. The right candidate will have experience in servicing residential plumbing customers with repair and installation of plumbing repairs, water quality testing, fixture replacement and repair, boiler installation and maintenance and have a strong understanding of entire plumbing service operations.
